I arrived to the store confused about the process or even how to receive my shipping label. I walked in and was immediately met by a very kind employee named Victoria. She walked me through weighing the package and offered a shipping label through FedEx and how to even access the label I already had. She helped be determine the best way to ship my package and got it sent on its way. A very very pleasant experience. I live 30 minutes away from FedEx but I will now be making the drive there instead of my local brown logo store. 10/10
