- Thursday, April 4, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0My first experience with the Supervisor/Mel at the Shackleford store, I called her,explained in what orderthe documents were to be kept, as they were legal documents that were too be shipped in chronological order too the California State Bar. I requested she call me at certain intervals, and she honored that request. She appears too be a valued,and competent employee too the Fed Ex Organization. I went again for her service, and was able to thank her in person, only too tell her I would be leaving the state, going home too California.... I'm sure her service is with everyone, very professional. It takes a person that is shows compassion to deal with the public. It's like a teacher in a classroom of twenty every hour, with twenty different personalities every hour!!

I had a lot of colored printing to do, well more than $25, and had to keep getting new convenience codes, which was rather inconvenient and would be the only reason I may hesitate to do it again.
