I had an order of 40 700+ page readers for our summer seminar. Usually I have them printed by my office in Upland, CA, but this time they had to be printed in Little Rock! I was absolutely blown away by the great service of Ray and Tanaiah and the team. Ray gave incredibly cheerful and kind customer service and he went the extra mile to make sure my order was done even sooner than expected. It was a huge order and he kept me posted along the way! I also needed to print many copies and the team provided me with convenience codes in order to get my corporate discount. Tanaiah helped me with not only processing all of the printing purchases, and my two very large print orders. She also cheerfully helped me for as long as it took to pack the newly printed and bound readers and ship them to each address that they needed to go to! She stayed until after closing the went the extra mile to make sure my readers were off and in the mail that night! She was an absolute delight to work with and she was so amazing at each part of her job! She really cares about each customer and she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a Fedex. I am extremely grateful to both Ray and Tanaiah and the team!

I brought my computer with me to the store and Tanaiah was very patient, encouraging and helpful to me! She tried multiple ways to get the label to print using my computer and my phone (teaching me all the while). She didn’t give up and was ultimately successful in printing out a new label for my package! She was great! All businesses would be better off with employees like Tanaiah!!

I requested she call me at certain intervals, and she honored that request. She appears too be a valued,and competent employee too the Fed Ex Organization. I went again for her service, and was able to thank her in person, only too tell her I would be leaving the state, going home too California.... I'm sure her service is with everyone, very professional. It takes a person that is shows compassion to deal with the public. It's like a teacher in a classroom of twenty every hour, with twenty different personalities every hour!!
