    We have had a great experience when printing advertising post cards, but poor experience with printing quality with the retractable banner that we ordered (Order 2010139854067165). The printing came out much darker than the artwork and detail was lost. Wish it would have been noted somewhere that the print would be darker like this so we could have made adjustments to the artwork. :(

    Your facility is not very user friendly! No instructions for printing, the girl behind the desk was like here and whatever! Was in a huge hurry but the employees which where doing absolutely nothing did not assist in anyway! You need to make your facility user friendly! This place was a joke and you’re the host of the show! Good day clowns!

    It was decent. I was a bit frustrated that they didn’t print my entire order. I had emailed over 4-5 separate emails with files for printing (multiple emails due to size) and several got missed

    This is by far my favorite store. Guy that helped me was still in training (according to his badge). He was fantastic! Kind. Friendly. Fun. Efficient!! It was a quick moment to ship two packages. I appreciate his assistance!!

    I paid almost $20 extra to get the order completed on the same day. I was promised a phone call upon completion. Nearing the end of business I called to check if the order was done. It was, but I had not been notified. I picked the item up about 10 hours after ordering, however was never notified. The day…following…pick up, I got a call indicating the order was completed. I feel like the $20 was a wasted expense.
