I want to highlight Joey because he went above and beyond his typical job duties to help me print stickers with my business logo. I had some design questions and he happily answered them. He was very thorough and efficient. When I had some alignment changes he happily changed them and I never felt that he was bothered. Overall the employees at this store have always been willing to help. I will continue to visit this store.

- Thursday, May 16, 20243 out of 5Rating 3.0During pickup my order was saved under a misspelling of my name and the representative could not locate my order. The worst part was that the representative was impatient from the onset of our interactions. After I told her my name, I tried to also provide the spelling but she quickly interrupted me saying she didn't ask me to spell it. After she couldn't find it, she asked me for the spelling but again interrupted me saying she didn't ask for the first name spelling only the last name. At that point she began to try to stare me down in what I perceived to be anger. Another representative who was working in the background noticed the situation and came to assist and my order was located. After reviewing the order I was not satisfied with the poster part of my order and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor gave me instructions on how to flatten the poster but after I noticed some wrinkles forming I stopped following them and asked if she could flatten it for me because i was not sure i was doing it correctly. The supervisor refused to help me, accusing me of mishandling the poster in an effort to avoid responsibility for the wrinkles which had began to form on its surface. Extremely disappointed, I then left.

I left the other two there to complete and then picked up later. They did not all 3 have the same coil size, so I went back on Saturday and he fixed it.

They always exceed my expecations. Printing and Shipping at this store is always easy, fast, and the employees exhibit the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. This store will keep me a loyal Fedex customer.
- Friday, May 10, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Unfortunately, my grandma passed away this week. We held her funeral service in CA on Thursday. As a family, we special made her obituary. We were very upset to see the quality with which the funeral home printed the obituary pamphlets. It was extremely pixelated and you could hardly make out any photos or writing. I made it my mission when I came back to AZ to get them re printed to send them to the family. Andrew and Alex worked with me and helped me find the perfect paper and size. They were so kind and caring. Customer service is such a lost art these days (unfortunately so is kindness from customers). Alex and Andrew have old school customer service and kindness. They were a blessing from God in this already difficult process. I’m thankful for them and their kindness. Please recognize them and honor them for their work ethic, kindness, and customer service. They deserve it and more.

- Wednesday, May 8, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I had gotten some genealogy documents re-bound in an existing book that had been done at this store and there was an error in the way they had been punched and added in. Laya went to great lengths to correct the problems. She spent about an hour reprinting some documents and adding them into the spiral bound books. She cared about it being right and was so personable and patient. I cannot say enough positive comments about her. She really is definitely an employee to keep.

- Saturday, April 27, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Every time I come to this location, I am dumbfounded, Not because of the lack of service I receive or because of the lack of attention to detail by the staff here but contrary to the above it is because of this teams inability to amaze me every time I visit this location I am dumbfounded simply because every time I visit the team goes above and beyond what I think service should be I have been here numerous times and in the future I will return numerous more not because I appreciate the services provided by this company ( I can find that anywhere) but because of the services provided by the team that works here their values transcend the corporate structures and idealism of the current landscape and for that reason and that reason alone I will continue to do business here until that changes. Keep hiring people like the aforementioned in this survey and I doubt it will even happen great job team
