That was NOT the experience I came to expect from Fedex. I first asked if I could get the store email, and she did not want to give it to me, she just wanted me to send my return label to somewhere else. Then she rudely says, it will take longer so I tried to confirm the store email from previous transactions because she was NOT willing to give me the store email. Why is she NOT willing to give the store email address? Then she made me wait a long time like she already told me it will take longer scanning a bunch of unattended boxes on a cart that was just sitting there in the middle of the room. That's awful. Then she tells me that next time I need to have the box taped. That box is to be returned to the seller paid for by the selleter. Why should I tape it? The seller already PAYING Fedex to return the item. She is absolutely ridiculous and rude and not friendly and not professional at all. It was the WORSET experience at a fedEx store ever, and she is the manager... that is totally wrong!

She provided the info and where to go and track the package. Very helpful and that’s why I thought to come and leave a positive feedback. Think her name was Cassandra or Catherine.
