He was short with me & made me feel like I was wrong about a shipping label when you could tell he was racking his brain to remember the policy. The guy was on a power trip. A drop off package should be a no-brainer. More training is clearly needed or he should find a job not in a service industry.

However, I was disappointed that a same day delivery charge was going to be applied, despite the fact that the job was run on a Sunday and the print shop was not busy at all, also as confirmed by the staff. In my opinion, this should be a priority fee and not be charged if the shop is not busy. I ended up picking the poster next day. I was slightly inconvenienced and FedEx Office got their payment delayed by one day. Counterintuitive and did jot make business sense in this case.

I needed to send back a big purchase and she put me at ease that it would be well taken care of. I am so grateful she was available to help me. We also got there close to closing and she didn’t make me feel bad for being there so late and didn’t seem rushed to get me out of there. She went above and beyond!
