    I come to this location multiple times per week. Larry, the manager, runs it great. Unfortunately he wasn’t there yesterday. I came in to ship packages and there were two trainees at the counter. They had a hard time figuring out the shipping. The line was getting backed up with 12 people waiting and I myself waited for over 35 minutes. The assistant manager was no help. I suggested she puts a seasoned employee at the counter to speed up the shipping. She answered the girl with the trainee tag is not a trainee. It was a total disaster and the assistant manager has a lot to learn.

    We’re a small business and I rely on FedEx office every week. Altho I always enjoy exceptional service, Rhiannon and her team were awesome; great greeting, attitude, obviously tight team culture, understood what I needed, delivered as promised, it looks great so ‘I look great’ in my presentation in the morning.     Matthew assisted us in designing and then custom printing a banner for our store's retirement sale. It exceeded our expectations and has continued to draw people into the store immediately after we put it up in the front window!! We give all credit to Matthew who also was exceptionally professional and listened to our needs! WELL DONE Matthew and FedEx!!!!!!!

    The experience isn’t the issue. I had repurposed a box to send clothing to my daughter. Apparently The box had a symbol that signifies dangerous contents (I had received home air freshener sprays in the box). The shipment was returned to my home as undelivered because of dangerous materials. When I took the box back to the FedEx office for an explanation I was given the above answer and an apology for not seeing that symbol when I initially shipped the package. I asked if the $88.82 for shipping costs would be credited or refunded for the mistake and was told no. In fact, I paid an additional $46.94 to send the package again.

    Rhianon was interrupted by another employee who asked a question. She replied, it's my first day, I don't know." When I could not believe it was the first day for this efficient, accomplished person, she replied, "at this location." So she didn't know history of problem being discussed.She was the brightest, best person I have ever encountered at this store which I frequent often.

    Conner was extremely helpful! He called me to help with my project after I emailed the store my documents. He offer to help me resize my images to meet my print size specifications, and because of this we were able to catch that the image was not working and needed to be corrected. He helped save us a lot of time, frustration, and was still able to help us get the order done within our short timeframe. I hope he gets a bonus or kicker for all his hard work because it’s clear that he’s a great employee and cares about customer experience.
