Luna went above and beyond to help me. She explained things to me, gave me options, and was so patient and helpful. Even though my order was being placed in a different state, Luna went above and beyond to ensure that I could see a sample and felt confident about my product. She probably spent well over an hour helping me and was so patient the whole time. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that the customer service Luna provided was exceptional and makes me feel very confident in choosing FedEx today and in the future!
