    I came in expecting to have one easy task and two difficult ones. Cleo completed all three tasks quite easily and much faster than I expected.     I did write a review about Robert, the store manager in FedEx/We listen. We were trying to renew our passports. At age 79, not knowing much about computers, ROBERT, the store manager, helped us thru, even though with all our questions, taking 2 hours and not being able to complete and send the applications until the next day, he never lost his cool. I will use this store whenever I need FedEx service. Just hope Robert is still there. A&B Gabroy

    Came in to print invitations and needed help with self-printing. Cleo jumped in and made sure I got the right choice of paper, printed doubled-sided, and cards trimmed. Thanks Cleo! They look fantastic!

    This survey is very poor because on the 2nd question , there should be a 3rd option for reason why I used Fed Ex store— I.e., other than printing or copying. // I received SUPERLATIVE help from Matt, but it was about a shipping matter. He made outstanding effort, going the extra mile for me to make right for me what Fed Ex shipping totally messed up. I was never going to use Fed Ex again; but because of all Matt did (very thorough in his efforts) and because of his optimum polite and respectful attitude towards me, the customer, he alone made me change my mind.

    Gentille went out of her way to help not only fix the issues with my prints but helped format and fix them to the perfect specifications. On top of her professional acumen she was more than patient and kind with everyone she interacted with. While fielding random requests from numerous customers out of line she juggled multiple tasks with ease and a comfort rarely seen these days. She’s a true professional and could not be more satisfied with my experience!
