    My copies were complicated , different sizes , different amounts of copies. I was worried it was going to take a long time , and a lot of trial and errors . Joel made the entire process easy . He knew how to handle the complicated stuff and made absolutely no errors , he’s got a great memory, explained everything he was doing , made examples of what was being printed before he committed to paper . Joel is a perfect example of Customer service at its best ! He even was helping his co workers when they needed help while assisting me , I wanted to hug the guy . Joel should be in charge of training staff when dealing with the public . All my experiences with FedEx office has been above standard service . Joel is a big step above and beyond . In my book , FedEx always comes through , Joel is a big part of why FEDEX is so successful.

    I was trying to print some thing that ended up being complicated and Denise went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed in a very efficient manner! Not to mention, she was incredibly nice and welcoming. She deserves a raise!

    Jan was very knowledgeable about what I needed and needed very little help from me to complete the task. I was unsure of the process of returning the AT&T equipment and she knew immediately what to do and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Very happy. Jan was also very pleasant and friendly.     I still cant get over how fast they had my order ready. I ordered invitations for my daughter’s baby shower twice. They had them done within 30 min. Exceptional job!!!

    I’ve dealt with these associates before - a young lady and young man working on 2/24/24 around 10am. They are the rudest staff - every time I come in, they’re bothered by having to help customers. Short responses, heavy sighs, eye rolls for basic questions - they act like they’re doing you a favor for doing their job.
