I was going to leave but decided to go back in for one last question. The team member that had been helping me was busy and Malaysia asked me if she could help. She was very sweet and helpful in shipping my package. She did everything she could to keep the price reasonable as it was a bulky and heavy item. I appreciate the time she took to work with me on this shipment. Instead of leaving angry because of the other team member I left feeling confident that she would package my item safely for transport. You need more employees like Malaysia!
