Price is very fair. I like how carefully she handled everything. Other times I was given the cold shoulder if I didn’t ship through FedEx. I would absolutely return to ship and even print with customer service like hers!

When Fong saw me looking like a deer in the headlights, she came over to see if I was ok. The printer wasn't printing even after I paid. She took one look, pressed a button, and SHAZAM, my stuff printed! She showed me how to copy my ids and fax everything. I'm so happy that I got helped by her! It sounded like she was training another employee. I saw her go from helping one person to another. She seems to do it all.

Even if I can print it myself using my flash drive, I prefer to email it because the staff is very responsive. I especially remember Fong because she sounds so nice over the phone and in-person. With rare exception, my prints are ready the same day.

I had a hard time asked for help and another person just kinda helped and told me to not push buttons unless I follewed the directions then got distracted by another guest. Regardless her help allowed me to print my copies. I wanted to get my copies laminated yet Miguel took over helping me and told me about water proof paper. He not only was honest and helpful but truly was patient and knowledgable about the options available to me. I am grateful for his help even when it was close to closing time his attention to detail and care really made my day. Thank you Miguel.
