I really needed this package on its way but felt guilty over the time. Alliyah's skilled handling of my transaction in just a few short minutes eased my guilt, which I expressed. Really, the highlight of this experience is how her kind professionalism, particularly as I left. I walked thru the doors free of any guilt I felt moments before!!

Crystal politely and effectively answered each customers question and helped them with their transaction. When a customer walked in Crystal acknowledged the customer and told them she would be with them as soon as possible. She even let a customer know about the self serve kiosk. I would like to acknowledge how patient and effective Crystal was. Hopefully FedEx and management will take the time to acknowledge an employee for such kind and efficient skills.
