    Being a woman of a certain age I was experiencing menopause brain and the "dropsies". Julie was so kind and patient with me. She had such a friendly disposition and never made me feel rushed or foolish. I actually left in a better mood than when I arried.

    Heidy was most helpful. She greeted me as soon as I entered and motioned to me while saying “I can help you right here.” I had to ship to three different addresses and had two different items to pack unequally. She first weighed what would be the heaviest shipment then starting looking at boxes for the best fit. Not finding a perfect fit she suggested a pouch. I asked would they be as well protected and she said let’s try one and you can decide. I found the pouch sufficient so she assembled the first one, weighed it and looked up the cost of various delivery options. I made my choice and she added it up and asked if the cost was right for me. Then she patiently walked me through filling out the information for each shipment, assembling and sealed each in sequence. Before ringing me up she repeated everything on the bill to verify accuracy, delivery date and cost. Heidy was thorough, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I believe we were done in less than 15 minutes!

    Jullie is the absolute best! I don't visit this location as often as I used to, but whenever I walk in through the doors, I am always greeted with a smile and a brief but pleasant conversation from Jullie. It's always a joy to see her when I visit this store.

    Jon was super kind and helpful as Im not familiar with the printing process. Then Valerie also was kind and helpful while she assisted me with my next project. Even Jullie helped me with shipping my project out and again was super kind and helpful. I have a Fedex near to me but chose this one for this project as my notary was across the street. I will go to this Fedex from now on….They all were knowledgeable, super kind and helpful!!! :)
