    I came in to print funeral announcements for my mothers funeral. The First Lady that “helped” me was not personable at all. I asked her for help and she basically told me to figure it out myself. I was very overwhelmed and getting frustrated. Chahana came over and saved the day. She was able to help me get 2 images on one page and helped me print them on the card stock after it started jamming. I have been in multiple times before and Chahana has helped me and been very friendly. I appreciate her customer service and helpfulness.

    The team in Davis is wonderful… Belmont is great, as is Mario and Leah, and two of the guys whose names I don’t know. They are highly responsive and get back to me right away. As I tell them whenever I pick up an order, they make my life so much easier. 👍🎉💕

    Mario and Belmont are especially responsive team members. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Their response time is excellent and they both provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

    Treva has waited on me on numerous occasions. I have watched her interactions with other customers and coworkers, and she appears to be quite knowledgeable and helpful on both sides of the counter. The last time I was at the store, I complimented her that no matter how busy it appears they are she is always pleasant and hustles to get everything done. I will say that others in that particular store are not so prompt to help a customer and will even ignore a customer presence, even when there are multiple FedEx employees behind the counter. If they’re on a computer or doing other busy work, they will not even look up.

    Leah greeted me as soon as i walked in and gave me a “I’m here to help” attitude. I came in with questions and she immediately knew how to help me. She gave me her honest opinions and suggestions. It was like i was with someone who actually cared about my daughter birthday invitations. What i thought would be a long process she quickly made into a full 10 minute visit. She made samples and gave me all the instructions i needed all while knowing that i would be printing from another fed ex location. I even tried to tip her and she refused. She was a very delightful person. And you never know what someone is going through, with that type of personality she will cheer anyone in stressful times right up! Thank you Leah!

    I brought a flash drive with 3 documents I needed printed but was uncomfortable using the self service machines. Pacome immediately offered assistance and began to walk me through the process. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the saved documents. Pacome then moved the whole process to his computer where he solved the problem with the documents and was able to print them. The entire time he was assisting me he was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. He made me feel as if I was not a nuisance and he valued his ability to assist me.
