The first team member that help us wasn’t really sure what she is doing and that’s when She asked for Ana’s assistance and that’s when Ana took over. She was processing my shipment. Asked her that i want to send it overnight she gave me the price for overnight which is $447. I said it’s too expensive but i have to go for it. She measured the box again and she said if i can make it fit to XL express box it will be much cheaper since they are having this new promotion for express shipment. She helped me open my box and it perfectly fits in the box she gave me. I can’t thank her enough for helping me save tremendously. $447 to $182 is such a big difference. I tried to tip her $40 but she said no need. She said its her job to help and make sure that she is providing a good customer service. And all she wants is a Good Survey. For me what she did is Superb. And she deserve not only good survey but an Excellent survey for going far and beyond expectation. Thank you Ana

Since we have drill later tonight, Erika rose to the occasion and somehow got all of that work done with plenty of time prior to drill. I thought I was going to have to wait until, the following week to pick them up. This is made of huge difference for me and my agency. Thank you.

This visit was the third encounter with Preetika in the past 2 months; my mother passed away and I needed assistance with various transactions. She was warm, caring, patient, so helpful - the customer care she showed went above and beyond any service that I experienced. She also showed patience and was helpful to staff when they needed her.
