Conrad is patient, professional and friendly. This project involved producing a 50 binder packets, with multiple versions, each with up to 150 pages. Additionally, I had smaller side projects and multiple shipping needs that were part of the larger project. Also, Conrad helped me think through logistics on how to produce the proof binder packet in California, but deliver the final binder packets to our event location in Texas. Conrad--and the entire team at FedEx Office Escondido--were integral to the success of the project and helped me execute a professional agenda packet for our annual Board and Council meeting. I appreciate the high level of customer support that the team at this location provides and plan to work with them on future projects.
