    I regularly print the same thing by first emailing the request and document to the store. I'm unable to do so online because the minimum is 2 prints and I only need 1 as the item is custom. The Tampa location which is 2 minutes away from my house was not able to print due to a machine being down and I sent the item to this location via email. I received the automatic email that a team member would contact me and no one did. The next day I followed with email and still no response. I then called the store and Agustin couldn't find my email or order request. With some more digging, he found it and printed it for me. I arrived at the store and asked if there as a coupon or promo for the inconvenience and was told there was none. The item also increased in cost versus last month.

    It became apparent that the memorial pamphlet we wanted printed for our Mom was more difficult that we anticipated. Randy took the bull by the horns and provided us with exactly what we needed. The cost was well worth the product. Thanks, Randy!

    I just want to give the young lady my best recognition. She was so polite and helped like 5 people all while she did a great job with me. I didn’t know what I was doing just like the others. She handled it with swiftness going back and forth that none of us felt like we were being dismissed. She needs to be promoted and kept forever.     The associate was very helpful. We realized that they had only printed 70 of my postcards instead of 100, so she immediately took care to print and cut the missing ones. The quality of the actual prints far exceeded what the online preview looked like!

    Kelly was phenomenal. I needed to print resumes out, and I wanted fancy hardstock paper. She brought a whole book to me at the printer and let me choose. She was so friendly and helpful and that is hard to find these days. Thank you Kelly I will be back

    I wanted to enlarge a Christmas booklet that I had and add some other documents. Kelly could understand what I wanted and how to lay it out. She was able to make all the fonts match. She was able to create several covers and find a font that matched them. She stayed late, worked overtime and printed them efficiently and on time. She demonstrated patience and enjoyment in the creative process. By her response to me I was able to remain calm and avoid anxiousness. She is a valuable employee. Please give her a raise and healthy bonus!

    I have been using the email to create a few orders within the last two months, and Emily and Kelly are always extremely helpful. I don’t even have to come in just email the files and specs and it’s handled!

    I needed help printing from my laptop, a young lady named Bertha tried to help me but ended up closing my tabs and things I was trying to print. I think Kelly could see me getting frustrated and offered some assistance. She showed me how to get my tabs back and apologized. She ended up printing some stuff for me since I had a hard time and definetely made my life easier.

    I have printed over 10 deluxe banners with you all now, and each time kelly has been phenomenal. I have banners printed and shipped to locations all over the US and I have never had any issues. Kelly is professional and knowledgeable. She communicates every step of the way. I will continue to bring my business here even though I can simply submit on the website, I would rather pass it to Kelly knowing it will be done properly.
