The young lady and not only showed me which envelope would be appropriate, but took it upon herself to fill out all the information on set envelope. I did not expect that I was under the impression I needed to do all that. She was extremely polite attentive, and and very professional. I believe Anahi should be selected to train other employees.

While presenting the utmost professionalism he was very engaging with my printing order and not only walked me through the process but assisted me when I was having difficulties. He went well above and beyond my expectations, showing friendliness, welcoming me into the fedex facility, answered and solved my questions. My experience was so smooth and seamless from the time I walked in until my departure. I was in and out within 20minutes. Very knowledgeable and FedEx is very fortunate to have an employee of his calibur. Outstanding service.

It was during that time that she noticed an error in the address and took the time and trouble to start all over again. And correct the error.
