The team member, Connor, remained seated in his chair which was about 10 ft or so away. This from a customer's perception, was already bad customer service. As when a customer walks up and needs assistance, the team member should at least acknowledge the customer. Connor had no enthusiasm and I felt as though he did not want my service. He continued to display rude behavior throughout the entire interaction and I would be happy to elaborate further.
