There were several employees working that day, but no one would make eye contact except Rob. He was quick to offer assistance. He clearly knew paper options and how to work the machines. He helped me AND numerous additional customers at the same time! Amazing at multi-tasking! He got me in and out of the store with the quality product I wanted and needed in a hurry. All the while he was pleasant to work with despite working 'alone.' I highly commend Rob at the Store on Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach.

He not only assisted me with completing my project, he far exceed all my expectations, and the project was even completed earlier than expected. It was perfect, and I am so grateful. I don't think I'll go back to staples/office max printing ever again, and incredible that one amazing experience can change an old staples copy and print employee. Thanks greg!!
