    TJ was extremely informative very prompt when it came to helping me use the printer and any other needs that I had. He was very kind and very helpful and willing to help with whatever it is that I needed to get done. His help made my experience, very smooth, and not to mention quick. I appreciate his promptness, his intuitiveness and his willingness to be of service so quickly and in a timely manner due to the fact that I was in a hurry. I appreciate him very much and I highly recommend the store due to the employees being very welcoming the second you walk in.

    I had received an email from my landscape designer and the plans attached were too small to read. I brought my iphone with me to the Fedex store and explained my problem. I showed it to Rob and he guided me through the process of obtaining an 18x24 copy of the landscaping plan. Because I had never done this before, I needed his help. Rob was very helpful and courteous. Being a 79 year old, I needed his patience with the technology part of my job and he was just that! 😁

    Needed to find a box to ship out a rug return and the assistant manager who helped me was incredibly kind and professional. Quickly found just the box I was looking for and helped me with the process all the way through. During the drop off, another customer also came in which were also greeted immediately. Overall a great experience!

    I was in such a rush to copy and scan and email documents to a client and mike just finished helping another customer and came right to me to help me. This gentleman belongs in a managerial position. I manage a multimillion dollar company and this employee is completely vested in your brand and in your commitment to five star service. he got me out within six minutes and I got to my next destination in time which was 25 minutes away. I even left my ID accidentally at your store and when I came back he was able to assist me yet again to get me out again for another commitment I had 10 minutes later. Excellent employee who deserves recognition.
