    The staff that handles emails is great, so I can email print orders that don't fit within the online order parameters. My only complaint is you don't have enough counter staff, it is a bottleneck and major impediment to doing more business with you.

    I've had print order done here previously. This time it was a special order and had to be sent out. The item arrived earlier than expected. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

    I needed to have a poster printed in size 44 in. x 44 in. and in color. I called the store (#3101 in PSPK) and Morgan answered the phone and let me know that the pdf that I emailed earlier was perfect for making the poster. Then she called me twice during the process to let me know that the poster was turning out beautifully and then she called me again and emailed me to let me know that the poster was done. The poster was indeed wonderful and the lettering sharp and the colors perfect. I went to pick up the poster two days later (I did not go during the rain storm) and Morgan was at the store and very joyfully unrolled the poster and let me take a picture to send to my students. These students will present this poster at a NASA convention in Texas next week and they are very proud to have this poster accepted by NASA! Thank you, Morgan!
