    When I came in today, Cesar provided me with excellent service while shipping an envelope. He also gave me important insight into the online shipping system's rate calculations. I use the online system often, so the rate calculation information is very important - I can adjust my shipping preferences to save money. I really appreciate the ways in which he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for me!

    Michael K. went above and beyond in his service. I was initially there for self service and just wanted to purchase paper. Michael helped me choose a great paper, printed a sample and was just incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to greet customers coming in also. Great customer service!

    Cesar always provides excellent service to me when I am in the store. He is always available to answer questions and help me find the right items, even when I am doing self-ship. I really appreciate his helpfulness. I also appreciate when he gives me options besides the ones I use automatically, which can save me shipping time. He is the best! I always look forward to seeing him when I visit this location.

    Very friendly, exceptional service from Michael A. and team! They helped me pick out the right size box for the hat I was shipping and Michael made a great recommendation on how to position it so the brim would not be damaged. The cost to have Fedex package it as well is sooo reasonable that I don't even use the USPS anymore.

    Michael A. was very helpful. He came to a register as soon as I stepped in line thus alleviating my wait time. He was very helpful in finding the correct container for my items and helped to close one of my items for better transport. He was very patient because I did not have the shipping address handy and needed to text in order to get the information. I appreciated the high level of customer service and professionalism he demonstrated during my most recent visit.
