    I was having problems printing cards for a baby shower off a usb drive. Paul helped me multiple times and troubleshot the issues, enabling me to finish the project successfully! He went above and beyond helping me with self-service printing!

    Worst experience ever. Started off with me emailing emailing a print order (simple 11 page document with certificates for my daughters basketball team in color)- went in 1 hour later to pick up- was told (although store closed in 3 hours) that they didn’t have time and to come back the next day in the morning to pick it up. Went back the next morning, no record of my request, and was told they couldn’t finish printing until 4pm. Literally an 11 page document. Then gave me paper to try on my own- both printers jammed. Spent $20 - got nothing- and on top of that they wanted me to stand around and wait for a refund. So wasted 20-30 minutes, 2 trips, and $20 and received nothing. Horrible customer service.
