    Noah was incredibly helpful & personable. I could tell right away he was very knowledgeable & very good at his job. He helped me select a résumé paper & color. He printed them for me. I did go in thinking I was going to do the job myself in the self-printing area but there seemed to be not to much signage to use that service. It would be good to have attractive signage & directions to have that ease of option to select paper, print and pay on my own without having go to register area in times when Fed Ex employees are busy taking care of other patrons. Self-printing area needs to be more prominent & inviting, more overhead lighting even during daytime. Also, I would buy office supplies here if they had what I wanted for my home office. Stamps and other essentials, too, if I was asked at point-of-sale.

    This location provides excellent services but the only issue is that they need more help. Sometimes only two people are working and I have large printing need to do. I hate to go to another printing shop since this FedEx is near my workplace. They need to hire more help for sure.

    Kyia, was rude from the beginning.She didn't seem to want to print my order, No greeting, when i asked for my order to be stapled, she directed me to do it myself, when i again requested stapling she snipped, "There's normally a charge for that", then threw my order on the counter at me. The manager apologized for her, but there is no call for that. I will be avoiding this store until she moves on.

    My experience in the store is always fantastic! I do come here quite often, and although I am only in the store for less than 20 minutes, I feel like I have connected with each team member on a personal level. They are such a friendly and hardworking team.

    Kiya was amazing! She greeted me when I came in. And assisted me with my printing needs. Was able to print what I needed same day and really good communication through out the entire transaction. She was beyond helpful and made my day a lot easier. I very much appreciate her help and high level of service!

    I came in to ship trade show supplies back home. I had some obscure items and was worried about fining a box that would fit. Deme made the process quick and easy and found tried a couple boxes until we found the best Fit! She was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I didn’t get the managers name, but he was also super supportive in the process. The experience far exceeded my expectations.
