    She asks me for ID and insist to put my name on the package that I mailed out. I prefer not to put my name because it is a business, I ask only put Company name, but she insits, I do not want to waste, therefore I let her put my name on the package. It does not make any sense, if my boss want to mail a package with his name and company name, does my boss need to be personally go to the FedEx and mail it himself!!! I told the woman I have done this before without any problem, did not need to put my name on it, but she does not listen, I feel like force me to give up my privacy. I have the right to keep my privacy... even though I am not afraid of put my name on it. Very ridiculous!

    I have used Fedex for years. I travel and can always stop in and be sure to find a helpful person to help rush my job for the Doctors. This time I was told that he was extremely busy and I could print myself. There was no one standing in the lobby nor was the phone ringing but I was told they had many jobs stacked up from people ordering online. He said it would be at least 3 hours. I told him ok but I needed as soon as possible or I can go to another location. After a few minutes he came back and told me there was a opening and he was able to print the material. He printed the order in just a couple minutes and then showed me how to do it myself next time. I don't want to print it myself, I wanted it printed. I always have such a great experience with James at this location. Not sure why he acted like he was so busy and did not want to help me. Thank you for listening.

    Staff was helpful. Only point of possible extra training was about international address format including that for Sweden the City, State Zip Code line it normally provided as the Zip Code first followed by the City. The printed address on the receipt shows Stockholm 0, 11332, SE. I assume the 0 after the city name is to indicate no value for the state field. But the rep didn't know. Otherwise she was very very helpful and clearly knowledgeable.

    Went in to print something on cardstock, James was super helpful AND patient!! He took time to help me and answer my stupid questions! He is a jewel and very respectful to an old gal! Also at checkout Richard was amazing!
