    Came in with loose items to ship, was expecting to pay much more but Omar explained how the price was calculated and I was able to use a smaller box to save $. He was extraordinarily nice and competent and made this experience easy!

    DaLyn helped us two days in a row and was so committed to making sure we got what we needed. Our file wasn't printing properly and they were patient, made suggestions to get the file to print the way we envisioned and got the job done. Today, I went in to do some self-service printing and couldn't get logged in, so DaLyn again took the time to help me and let me know what to do next time so I wouldn't run into the same issue. The computer I was wouldn't upload a document I needed to print, so they asked that I send it to the store and it would get done. Yet again, the job was done with patience and kindness. While we were waiting for the email attachment to come through, two other team members stopped by to make sure I had already been helped. Overall a great experience.

    I needed an image resized and duplicated to multiple prints on one page. With Omar’s guidance and professional managerial training, was able to talk/guide Samol through the process and leave me a satisfied customer leaving with more than I came in for!

    The assistant manager helped me and was incredibly kind and patient. He even complimented me about the design of the postcards. I appreciated how he let me know that he double-checked my design work to make sure the bleed wasn't ruined by the online upload service. I appreciated his attention to detail. He set a great standard for service.
