    There only seemed to be one person working, and he spent the first few minutes of me walking in having a personal conversation with a customer who did not need any additional help while I waited behind him to be assisted. When he finally ended the conversation, he told me I should have used a kiosk in the store instead. However, when he scanned in my packages, he noticed an issue which would not have been caught if I had done so. He then proceeded to move very slowly to resolve the issue, stopping to talk once again to the customer he'd previously been speaking to. The whole experience was very frustrating and I won't make drop offs here again if I can avoid it.

    This review is long overdue. I work with FedEx Office regularly for my work and personal printing needs. This is my favorite branch. The reason I keep coming back is for the exceptional customer service. David C not only exceeds my expectations in quality of work, but also has gotten the projects done quicker than expected. He has always been a pleasure to work with, as is his team. I will keep coming back.

    When I stepped into the store, Jolien was already with a customer, but she took a quick second to acknowledge that I was there and greet me. Once she was done with her customer she quickly got me in and out of the store. 10 out of 10 will ship again!
