She said she was visiting from another center, but looked very at home. Yoselina was ready to help us with our fairly straightforward booklet newsletter. After describing the booklet to her (despite forgetting our sample at home) she quickly put together the project on the computer, and printed us a proof to verify. Everything looked great, and we will be back tomorrow to pick it up. Of the 4 times we have stopped by for this newsletter projects, we have had no issues with the finished product. Highly recommend this center for your printing needs. Thank you Yoselina and Ramona!

They seemed bothered when I asked about the cost and even turned away while I was asking questions. The manager is rude. Your employees don't seem to care to provide information. I get better customer service from DHL and UPS.
