    Al was helping other customers and seeing that I needed help was super responsive in attending to my needs immediately after . He trained me to be independent so I could do things on my own . I have seen this all the time . He is by every metric the best employee in his competence and core customer service , other customers ask for him by name every time they come here . He needs recognition and a definite step up the company ladder as he typifies good service that translates to revenue . Ask him if he want to have a leadership role here or at corporate . He will multiply your name and revenue . You are doing a disservice if he is not used fully to your advantage in a management position on his own store . You will reap the benefits . At least give him recognition and a good remuneration , salary increase to show that you recognize good employees . He is by far the best FedEx employee in stores I have seen

    Was charged a fee during pick up that was not communicated upon placing order. Associate that helped during pick up could not communicate what the extra fee was for. Print was smaller than what was ordered but since service was lacking, rather just deal with it than go back and deal with team members at that location.

    The girl at the counter was apparently in a rush and had an attitude. She had better things to do than help customers. Poor communication and bad manners. Had to refund the transaction and recharge me. More of a headache than it’s worth.
