    I visited today the FedEx center 1271 and Jackie who say store manger on her badge, was extremely helpful. She did a very good job helping with my file editing, printing and laminating within only couple hours. Also very professional manner in which I really felt welcome. I would definitely come back to this center because of her beautiful attitude and getting the job done even earlier than what I was expecting. Excellent service she provided and professional manner.     My experience at FedEx was disappointing. I went in to print my new business card to visualize their design, but I was charged $6.28 for a single print, whereas printing a quantity of 100 would have cost $16. This pricing seemed unreasonable and made the experience unsatisfactory. Additionally, I was supposed to cut it myself with the cutter, and since I was not familiar with the tool, it didn’t come out nicely, and I ended up ruining it.

    Alex is knowledgeable and friendly and I like working with him. At first I did not get the half sheet the way I wanted it. It had three white borders and no border on the other side. However, some lady, maybe the manager made it right. It may have been a misunderstanding at the beginning that I needed it sized. It’s fine. In the end everything worked out.

    I came in to make copies of my first ultrasound to give as gifts in our baby announcement presents for family. Alex helped me pick the right paper, printed an example to make sure I was satisfied with the end result before completing my full order, and got me taken care of quickly. He was polite and professional. I was very pleased with my order.
