    I came in to print two coupons for our store. I thought they were both business card size, but realized while I was there, that one was larger. We got the order processed and printing requested, but I was never quoted a price. I had no idea it would cost literally five or six times more than business cards to get a different shape printed. I should have asked, but the staff should have quoted me a price.

    Haydee was so professional and friendly. She was able to problem solve easily when a printer error occurred. She had to hand count the order to make sure it was accurate and did so with a positive attitude. I appreciated her offering me a 10% discount. Haydee was patient and kind in our interactions.
