He immediately came to my aid as I had two large and heavy boxes to ship. Not only did he assist me in shipping the packages, he came outside and helped me get them from my car. I really appreciate his assistance! He could have just told me to come back tomorrow but he really did me a favor (I had to rent a car to bring the large packages to the FedEx office). Thank you Jason!
