    I inadvertently dropped $200.00 cash on the floor when I was in the store the other day, and didn't realize it for 2-3 days. Joseph, your employee, not knowing my name, picked up the money and gave it to his manager, who subsequently put it into their safe. When I discovered what happened, I called the store, told them what happened, and was informed they took the previously mentioned action. I came to the store and they recognized me since it was caught on camera, and they returned the money (which I was not expecting). I offered a reward, but was informed that it was unnecessary and simply said it was the right thing to do. It is great to have my faith renewed about honest people, and I am grateful for their action. Thank you so very much. James Berger

    My request was apparently fairly unusual. My card stock was not a paper product they were often using with their machines. But Eric, who is new to the store was familiar with how to set the file up so it could work even on my card stock. He showed Joseph how he did that. Both were very kind and worked hard with me to make sure that I was pleased with how the invitations turned out. They turned out very well. I was very pleased. This was the second copy shop. I visited that day. The other one did not even make an attempt. I was so glad that I tried again at FedEx.

    I wouldn't have written this survey but considering the fact that Tommy asked me to fill out a survey about his service I figured I'd write one. I spent nearly four hours trying to print out one 48 page resume at this specific Fedex Office. I have self-service printed at different Fedex Office probably over 100 times in my lifetime and I have never experienced any issues like this. My document had some high resolution pages and it was about 30mb so it did not work through email. Not a problem - so I tried it through dropbox which I had to make an account for and send my resume to. Again, not a problem so the portfolio loaded after about 30 minutes of waiting for it. I printed all of the color pages (which was about half of the pages) and then I tried to print the black and white pages. I had to pay for more parking at this point so when I got back and tried to print the black and white pages I had to login to dropbox again but this time it did not load. I waited over an hour and it didn't load. At this point I have been inside this Fedex Office for over 2 hours and have been asked by two employees if I needed help. I had said I might need some help and was told I had to just wait for it to load - not a problem. I waited even longer (maybe another 20 minutes) and was told the ONLY option was to drive home and put it on a flash drive. At this point I was feeling a bit upset because I live over 30 minutes from this Fedex location and I already paid for the print so I wanted to go back and print it there in case the machine charged me for the print that was not loading. So I drove home and put it on a flash drive and came back which took me an hour of driving to accomplish. I came back and it did not load on the flash drive which is when the general manager came out and told me that he could just print it on the computer.... So this whole time someone could have just told me that going all the way home and putting it on a flash drive was not my only option. So the GM goes somewhere out the back and I tell Tommy "Hey can you please do it on the computer for me then because I don't know what else to do the machine isn't working and I have to have this printed today and I already paid for it to print and it's not working." He prints it out on the computer there for me and let me be very clear these are only 8.5"x11" paper black and white pages and I only need 20 more because I already printed all of the expensive color ones off. The total was $5 and some change. I get the papers and thank him for it despite the fact that I am already very upset that this option was not mentioned to me earlier. All I say is "Thank you so much!! So how much do I owe you for these?!" - just to be polite. To which he replied "I have you rung up over here." ... I say "Okay! Thanks!" and look over at the GM who I can see was able to view this entire interaction and who TOLD ME that he knew I was there the entire day having an issue with their machine. I am so so so so so so so confused why the *** they would charge me for those pages. I am shocked at how bad the service was in the first place that they didn't tell me printing it themselves was an option and that they told me the only thing I can do is waste an entire hour coming back and putting it on a flash drive. The fact that they paid me for it really upset me. I've worked in a lot of different customer service jobs and I would sooner die than charge someone for those pages. Again I wouldn't even have written the review but I was telling my family about it and they said "Wait so you PAID FOR THEM?!?"... and I mean I have the survey paper right here that Tommy asked me to fill out so there ya go. I'm not very happy about the way that went.

    I had an unusual request. They don't using handle plastic comb binding. They went above and beyond to put a big thick book back together for me! Great attitude! Made my day!
