[I had traveled to FedEx to ship a package, following two challenging days. I was a little bit discombobulated and needing to access address information stored on my phone. Jiggy had never met me, did not know me at all, yet the way he greeted me and helped me with the patience and warmth of a saint brought a lift to my step. It is not hyperbole to say he turned my day around.]

Chartwells/Trinity doesn’t pay rush for anything and while I understand the circumstances I expected clearer communication from FedEx so I could have made my team aware. It felt almost like, oh she’s new so we are going to take advantage of the situation and charge a rush fee. Not cool.

My 1st encounter was with the young that I spoke to,(I forgot her name)I let her know that I needed to print a document that had over 400 pages, she suggested that I place a order behind the counter because if proceeded to print in self service, I will go over the limit that the printer allows. At this point, she asked her coworker to assist her in making the best solution that will help me, also She very nice and patient with me. My 2nd encounter was with Anthony, the way he approached me, asked me questions about my project; he spoke with so much integrity. I wasn’t expecting to receive the type of help I received today but I did, Thank you!

However, Fed Ex will not reimburse me for its incompetence in taking so long to deliver something for which I paid for express service. I will ever use Fed Ex again. I called the 1-800 customer service number and told me I was out of luck. Next time I use USPS.
