- Tuesday, April 16, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0The two women working the store, one of which was Sabrina, were kind and patient and finish their orders for each customer. Despite there being a line. I had mixed up my printing, I didn’t realize I had ordered too many of one card, and not enough of another, Sabrina helped me straighten that out, and even asked me when I needed it so she could fix it in a timely manner. When I returned a date later, she remembered who I was, it was pretty much the end of the day for them, and they were still pleasant, personable, and treated me as if I was their only customer. This was the end of their shift. The store was closing in 30 minutes for the day. A Saturday. We shared a few tidbits about our lives and had a few laughs. Thank you.

We were in a rush. There were no other customers in the shop. An employee asked us what we were shipping and immediately Nicole claiming she was the manager came over. It was a large box and she was giving us a hard time stating that she would accept it that ONE TIME but in the future we need to pack it differently. We tried to explain to her that Fed Ex had just dropped it off at our house but everytime we tried to speak she spoke over us repramanding us. That we shouldn't have brought it there again not allowing us to speak. She was so disrespectful, rude and argumentative! Horrible experience. If she is a manager she does not have customer service skills be in that position and should not be working with the public with such a horrible attitude. Just miserable! It was simple- Fed Ex delivered the package to us we didn't need it and brought it right back not even opening it! If Fed Ex had an issue with the box they wouldn't have shipped it to us to begin with. There was no need for Nicole to treat customers thr way she did and I hope that Fed Ex really investigates her behavior before she continues to berate customers!!!
