    Some of my colleagues and I spent all morning trying to print out a magazine cover as a gift for our CEO with certain specifications, nobody in sales or marketing could figure it out, so I didn't have much hope, but Valerie at FedEx had it sorted out in a few minutes. She switched back and forth between customers with different needs and really had this amazing 'can-do' attitude. I was very impressed. We need a Valerie at my office!

    Valerie is excellent. Everytime we visit the Wallingford location Valerie provides excellent customer service. We also seen Valerie @ the Branford location. I'm glad 2 see Valerie back @ the Wallingford location.

    I placed an order online for a full service print order upon arriving to the store for pick up. Josh greeted me at the door and went above and beyond to assist me while training someone else on proper customer service he confirmed with my name, asked for any further assistance and greeted me within 20 seconds of entering the store with a smiling, happy face, even though it had been over a week since I placed the order and forgot he was more than kind about the pick up service, and ensuring that all of my needs were met and that if anything needed to be reprinted, he would take care of it hastily the order came out perfectly, just as I needed for a big test and study group going on later today

    Went in to get a quote for printing. Josh provided top-notch customer service and detailed cost information. Based on his quote, I decided to use FEDEX Office. When I came in to pick up my products, the store manager came out to check on my satisfaction with the work. I was very pleased and told her she had a great employee in Josh.     Honestly very disappointed with my experience. Ordered ahead of time to have it done for a certain day, went to pick up no one notified me that my order wasn’t completed due to lack of supplies. Got called later that day while at work an hour before they close that my order was complete, I step out of work to get my order only to find out they called the wrong persons order so my order wasn’t completed. Had to come back the next day while on my break again to get the order while reaching out to grab the receipt from the employee they just tossed it on the counter and walked away which is honestly disappointing I felt like I could have made a bigger deal of the issue and chose not to knowing that working in retail in already hard as it is and didn’t want to make their jobs more difficult then needed to be but he definitely could have been kinder given that none of it was the customers fault. But the positive was that when I went to pick up my order the night before when they called me there was a woman employee who was very empathetic and kind who apologized profusely for the incident so if anything I recommend asking for the women to help when going there they are always so kind and such a pleasure to do business with
