Yesterday and this morning, Michael spent considerable time helping me accurately print several documents as well as sticking with a malfunctioning printer until it worked, despite the late hour. Michael was well-informed, courteous, and exceptionally patient, especially given my frustration. Ultimately, all of my concerns were resolved. Every FedEx store should have a Michael! Wish I could clone him! Thank you.

Shayla told me it was nice that I done that but FedEx already have a box setup for laptops. I didn't know that the box was manufactured just for the laptops. She is soft spoked and very professional. She did not complain about the bubble wrap. She kindly took off the mess that I made and put contents in where they belonged. She is a very outstanding young lady and she could very much teach lesson on customer service.
