    Managed by Stephanie, the service at this store is consistently excellent. Yesterday and this morning, Michael spent considerable time helping me accurately print several documents as well as sticking with a malfunctioning printer until it worked, despite the late hour. Michael was well-informed, courteous, and exceptionally patient, especially given my frustration. Ultimately, all of my concerns were resolved. Every FedEx store should have a Michael! Wish I could clone him! Thank you.

    I had to ship a laptop for my office. So I prepared it myself with bubble wrap before went over to the FedEx shop at 2400 M Street, NW. Shayla told me it was nice that I done that but FedEx already have a box setup for laptops. I didn't know that the box was manufactured just for the laptops. She is soft spoked and very professional. She did not complain about the bubble wrap. She kindly took off the mess that I made and put contents in where they belonged. She is a very outstanding young lady and she could very much teach lesson on customer service.

    Michael and team were so helpful with our difficult transaction and large order. This was for our company so it was very important to get right, and both Michael and team went above and beyond to assist. We didn't even notice Michael was in training by the end of our transaction he was so helpful. We will definitely be returning for our business needs.

    There was a line and one of the persons at the register inquired about each person’s needs. She moved people to different areas and services were done in record speed. She was courteous and efficient!

    I went in to print and asked about using card stock instead of regular paper, the lady went above and beyond to help me print, figure out the code, figure out the machine, and make sure I printed on the card stock, and retrieved the card stock for me from the back. She was incredible! And she was new on the job too she said. I’d love to thank her and her manager!
