    Sheena realized that one of my five (5) attachments was not clear when she opened the file on her end. She took the time to email and explain the corrupted file transfer, told me to re-save the original document and re-send to her. She was amazingly helpful and the fact tht she took the time to explain the step-by-step process needed to fix the problem, was impressive. Give her an "on the spot" cash award for outstanding service! : )

    TJ is great! I’d placed a rush order via email & got a reply saying that it’d be done before the store closed. When I arrived, it wasn’t finished but TJ got it done within 10 minutes of my arrival all with a happy demeanor. My team at Sephora Georgetown and I appreciate you!
