She didn't lose her smile even tho she was working overtime because of us. I really appreciate her help.

I did learn that this is a service that is not offered over the weekend- I came on a Saturday. This was not an issue for me but I can see how it could be if someone needed it quickly.

The self service printer only takes USB, but when Matt asked, if I needed help, I mentioned this issue and he was able to use my SD card behind the counter to help me print. The process was painless and fast. I was in and out in less than five minutes! Matt did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.
