She was leaning on the counter when I arrived and I wasn't greeted. People started coming in and they were greeted. I was in the process of training a new EE to use FedEx and that location. So when we came back they noticed the nasty disposition and asked if we HAD to use that location or if there was another. Unfortunately it's closest to the office and all the employees are not that rude only her and just avoid her when they come because she always has a nasty attitude. She just happened to be the ONLY one working today 3/9/24. Other than that the services are great. They are not too friendly there but they get the job done, she's just down right rude and unprofessional.

Both of these beautiful ladies really exemplified professionalism, communication, and team work. Today, I really needed these documents printed and ready. They made sure that happened and more.
