Shay did not, one single time make me feel anything but the most important thing she had to do that day. She jumped right in and helped me get it done. When I had to return a little later to print another poster, she just smiled and got it done for me. She was absolutely the best person I interacted with on Monday and I appreciate that more then she knows.
