It was truly the best customer service I have received in memory. My first visit entailed a emailed fax, printing, etc. and he so patiently walked me through each step, I felt as though I sincerely mattered to him (and, therefore, the company). On my second visit, I was so moved by his proactive assistance and his overall kindness, I left the store with tears in my eyes. He is a true gem and, I would argue, the best employee in all of Fed Ex. Thank you for employing people who take genuine care and treat others like good friends, known and unknown. My experience will be shared with as many people as I have an opportunity to tell. Please thank him for me - I feel deeply lucky to have crossed his path in this life. 10/10 doesn’t do justice to my interaction with him. Truly. His smile and happy-to-help attitude will be forever remembered - all this from a fax and a package shipped. Unreal.

He'll walk over to me and take my deliveries to the counter and get me my receipt super quick! This location, Store # 2904 is my favorite.

Box was completely sealed as I was shipping a shoe box in a box. He told me that the package needed filler before they can ship. Funny thing is I don’t remember seeing ANYWHERE that the policy states my package MUST, is REQUIRED to include filler. If I am shipping a pair of shoes and the shoes are literally moving around inside the box, does he expect me to add filler inside the shoe box?! How ridiculous is this “policy” to the point where my item was not shipped. I purchased a pair of shoes and it was delivered by, you guessed it, FedEx! The package I received was literally a shoe box in the same box that was delivered to me. I went to return the pair at FedEx because the label the company provided my was FedEx!!! I don’t understand how inconsistent these so called “standards” are at this location. I’ve shipped multiple packages out from here on a WEEKLY basis and have NEVER had this issue before. This is by far one of the most worst experiences I’ve encountered.
