I was able to submit one order to the chino california store, however the website high jacked it to Colorado Springs. The confirmation clearly said pick up at Chino store and provided the time. It turns out it was printed and ready in the springs. Our client needed it for tomorrow. She tool charge and printed it out and handed it to my client even tho the money went to Colorado Springs. Ezra, the literal translation is help. She stood true to form and helped. Also a big shout out to Samuel (I believe the manager, not certain) but at the end of the day they resolved a fairly desperate situation. Well done team chino!!!

The other hourly employee was VERY rude to me and was unable to multi task; he even gave me attitude, with profanity. He was unwilling to help me. FedEx is great, however, the third party security services should NOT be Allied Universal Security Services as security professionals are drunk, sleeping or smoking on duty! Please, END PERMANENTLY with Allied Universal Security Services and choose a different company!!!
