Vanessa and Beatriz stand out for their exceptional service—they radiate support and willingness to assist, always with a smile. However, I make a point to steer clear of Carlos. His demeanor suggests he'd rather be anywhere else but work. Interactions with him are dry, and he often leaves me feeling like a burden, whether I'm asking questions or just picking up my items.

Today as soon as i walked in Beatriz told me that i have code on my box that i cant ship from FedEx and what i have inside i said i have lispticks and showed her. I said i have QR code and this box i used same one fedex delivered and i asked if they can tape the box and Beatriz told me go ahead and use self print outcahine and bring label. I asked is this something new because last week they printed from the counter. She said when machine doent work we print from our desk? She was not friendly and then she asked the woker to check the label if it said dangerous item if yes they cant ship from this location. First time i am hearing about sticker and no message said that. I didnt like Beatriz rude approach instead of asking it was more like demanding and no smile and no hello! Please train your staff to have customer service skills. Other workers in the past very nice but not Beatriz!
