Martin happened to be working when I called to say I'd need one more print of that image. My original order was close to $200. This print was in 11x17 32lb paper, so self serve not an option. When I went to pick it up, Martin's shift was over. I was charged a $2.50 service charge for the order being less than $50. I explained my situation, but the guy pulled the notification from a different part of the counter to show it to me. I doubt Martin would have charged it to me, but being charged nearly $5 for one print is very off-putting and is encouraging me to find a new printing source in the future. Martin does get 10+ stars though. It's your fees that have put me off. I have to say, by charging this fee to encourage self-service makes it seem like you'd like to do away with your personnel. Again, enough to make me go someplace else next time. Is $2.50 really worth losing customers over? I would love for you to share my comments. Doesn't even need to be anonymous.
