Associate advised me that they were working on a job and that it would be almost an hour before I could print 2 items. I searched for my next option and visited store 1271 in Turlock since it was on my way to my next destination. Upon arrival, Maria assured me that although a technician was working on their main printer she could help me print on card stock using the self service. She explained the process and I expressed to her that I wish the Modesto Location would have done the same. I was in a rush and driving to another location was inconvenient. Maria was able to promptly assist me and sent me on my way soon after. She went above and beyond to help with my simple need. Thank you Maria!
