I was told I could just give the Fedex driver the returning/defective package. I put an 81/2X11" sign on my door notifying the driver that a I had a package to be picked up, placed the package inside our storm door in plain sight. The driver not only disregarded my sign, he ignored me running down my sidewalk, waving the package and my other hand and calling out to him that I had a package for pick-up. He couldn't get out of the cul-de-sac fast enough. I will be letting Mindware know of this incident as well, as it reflects poorly on their total customer service experience, too. They deserve better and so do I!!
